Weekly Wash Package – Customer Rules & Guidelines

1. One Wash Per Week

Your subscription includes one wash per week.
Your wash subscription refreshes every Sunday, allowing you to redeem a new wash each week starting then.
Unused washes do not roll over to the next week.

2. Subscription Code Usage

Each member receives a unique wash code.
Anyone you share your code with may redeem your weekly wash.
Please keep your code secure if you do not want others using your wash.
Reach out to The Car Wash Winterport immediately if you feel your code has been compromised.

3. Vehicle Eligibility

All vehicles must meet our height, width, length, and safety requirements to enter the wash.
Washes will not be refunded for oversized accessories such as plows and trailer hitches.

4. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed automatically each month to the card on file.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment information is up to date.
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension until resolved.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for unused weeks.

6. Code Misuse

Excessive or suspicious use may result in review or suspension.
We reserve the right to revoke a membership for any reason.

7. Weather & Maintenance

The wash operates year‑round, 24/7, but temporary closures may occur due to weather, maintenance, or equipment issues.
Closures do not extend or credit the weekly wash allowance.

8. Changes to the Program

We may update pricing, features, or rules with notice posted on our website or at the wash.
